started my ketosis diet today, limiting myself to 20g of carbs max per day, and trying to find budget meats and vegetables that i can eat from day to day. just using this as a log so i can track what i've been doing
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
