I have sugar every day and I have abs at 43 years old. Everything is about energy and the consumption of it. Infact I have macdonalds soft serve everynight. This is part of my caloric intake. Sugar are essentialy carbs. Tsp of sugar is 16 calories. FAT has its place and carbs has its place. There are scores of people in youtube, kinobody for example, you have 7% fat, highly cut eating a block of chocolates. These people understand energy=calories. Regardless of the source. I speak for myself also, coz like them I prove it.
