This reminds me not to eat the same amount as my dad..xD I'm doing diet with my dad but he lost a lot more than me obviously because mrn need more calories than womem do..
But I told my dad I will eat what I need from now on and no more..xD
198.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
