I seem to be going up and down like a yo-yo, lately. I need to really buckle down and make a bigger effort to lose weight, again. I felt so much better when i was down to 174. "Not having time to exercise" isn't a good excuse ~ i need to MAKE time.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.9 lb a week
