Went to Hogtoberfest over the weekend and really blew my diet, but started back up and have followed it closely since Monday. Uuugh. Goal for next Wednesday? 148.7.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
