Well things seem to be levelling out as I expected them to. Friday night was a bit of a problem...too many snacks. Did run 10K on Saturday. Yesterday was a rest day... so i was pretty lazy. Starting back at it today.....
177.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
