Oh crap, gained weight. Need to exercise a bit more. Don't want to be a fatty again. Ran my first 5k race on Sunday...finished in 24:36 which isn't that fast for most people but was for me.
113.0 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
