i've been kinda busy since my classes began and working afterwards. i notice i'm not as hungry when i'm out of the house whether it's school, work or play. It's beginning to get cold now and my craving are at an all time high when i'm in the house. i need help in choosing snacks for the house to eat without regret.
261.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

I keep celery around to stuff w cream cheese or peanut butter. I keep berries around. And I made some kale chips! It really helps w my wanting reg chips.

celery, almonds, hot drinks whether coffee, or various teas. I gotta try these kale chips I keep hearing about!
