I've not been around cause I've been busy around here. I'm still so very frustrated with the slow weight loss after doing everything right all week. But there's no giving up, I'll just have to keep trying harder.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Your doing just fine, continue with what you are doing you're building muscle. The muscle mass may be where the weight is coming from. You will begin to a difference once your body adjust to the new activity. Also, make sure your food does not contain sugar, MSG,growth hormones, and preservatives. That's very true that muscle weighs heavier than fat, but it is frustrating isn't it when you've been good and don't seem to have much to show for it. But it will be all worth it in the end though... so just keep it up. I've finally got on my elliptical strider a few times, so I'm hoping that the exercise will help me too!

While ever you keep on track you will lose weight. Good on you for not giving up.
