I am so glad I understand the muscle/fat relationship when it comes to the scale. I know for FACT I am not "fatter" than I was in November.
I work out hard core in a spin class 4 days per week (barring holiday gym closure). My legs (quads) were screaming (leave me alone) in Thursday & Fridays classes.
I am grateful for this app, & how it easily helps keep me aware of my caloric intake.
I've now had three straight weigh ins (at home) that I track on paper, with this exact number on the scale (weekly). There's a story there, i'm just not sure what it is.
