I am happy that I lost half-a-pound. Yay!
109.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1580 kcal Fat: 49.74g | Prot: 47.27g | Carb: 241.05g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Green Tea, Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Broccoli, Against the Grain Gluten Free Baguette, Mushrooms, S&W Organic Tomato Sauce, Veal Meat. Dinner: Grape Juice, Spinach, Chipotle Mexican Grill Cheese Quesadilla. Snacks/Other: Glutino Gluten Free Vanilla Wafer Cookies, Starbucks Iced Green Tea (Venti), Ore-Ida Sweet Potato Fries, Starbucks Marshmallow Dream Bar, Coffee with Sugar. more...
