As expected the wedding ruined a good week of exercise and weight loss. The food was plentiful and delicious. Drank too much and didn't have much drive on Sunday. Looking forward to a good workout tomorrow to get back on track.
205.5 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
