I've found a pretty simple formula: Eat good and exercise daily and I will lose weight. Don't, and stay flat or gain. Hoping to drop another 6 over the next week.
226.2 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
