With the exception of Thursday night, I have eaten exactly as planned.

I started the week with 20 minutes on the treadmill, but upped it to 30 minutes the next day. On Saturday, I set the average speed .5 mile faster than usual to get a better workout.
248.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
