Logging all your food is important to me, even when I have a day that has some higher calorie foods (ice cream is my weakness) it gets logged. I try and run a consistant calorie deficit...you can check out my diet log to see. I also try to do something physical everyday with some days a lot of physical activity. Health, strength, endurance and overall fitness (less fat) are my main goals, leaving the lbs and the scale as an indicator of progress.
