Had the Seafood festival this past weekend, made Pulled pork bbq with the fixings that was supposed to be made the weekend before and will be quitting smoking TODAY so I bought a bottle of Jim Beam for my last hoorah. Should be better for next week.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
