Today went well. Still haven't made a "real" meal for dinner at work and while it hasn't really bothered me I do feel the need for something, Anything! That being said not eating the meal is leading me to re-evaluate the size of the meal I should be considering for dinner. It was typically my biggest meal and I very well may consider flipping that with breakfast and skimping on dinner to up the other.
Workout today was Amazeballs, I mean it was horrible but I kicked it's ass!
I weigh in every day so I'm never gonna see a ton of movement from day to day but I'm excited to see how the chart looks after week one.
197.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
