1st day on site, rough but good day... Was sick this weekend and didn't because of that ate small today, eggs for breakfast and lunch some healthy snacks and then a protein shake for dinner. Calories look good for the day, but an expert would hate my meal. Oh well, when I did eat I made good choices. Got my insanity workout in today, but again wasn't feeling 100% so I didn't get 100% out of it... Fitbit said 430kcal, but I could have hit 5.
Will eat more full meal/calories tomorrow. Hopefully increase the WOD as well.
