I have been a eating a little bad but I have been eating a good breakfast and dinner. I do want to get back to working out, a few more weeks and I am jumping in the treadmill!! Yes, super excited... Other than that, I have been drinking 2-3 cuts of tea a day, this has helped me curved my sugar cravings.
