Did well this first week, lost almost 4 lbs, but I am starting to get bored with my food choices. I really miss carbs like fruit and rice.
158.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
