Well, here I am again. I'm writing everyday, but that's about it.
Today I read up a little on "wheat belly" or possible reaction to wheat. I have been having more bread than I normally do, maybe that is part of my problem with the stiffness. It doesn't seem to be getting any better with less soda. Maybe I'll have to do an experiment on myself - as if I can handle that better than quitting the soda habit or simply just drinking more water. Who am I kidding. I think I am just destined to be miserable and overweight.
And now DH will be home for the next 2, maybe 3 weeks to drive me even more insane. Who said life is good?
