After Riverdale I gain from 37.1kg to 49.5kg. SO I gained 12.4kg! Now I am 46.2kg but probably less (I need to find the GOOD scales!) so have lost 3.3kg. I want to get to 35.5kg so I need to LOSE 10.7kg! I can do this easy peasy, just gotta make a plan wahoo. I don't want to get there for a few months though.
