Weighed myself this morning before breakfast and I was at 188, after clothes, shoes and breakfast (which included some salty olives) I was at 190. Go figure. I should probably stop with the relentless scale-watching, but I am making progress and holding myself accountable for my choices. Want to be at 180 for Halloween. Will amp up my workouts which have dropped off considerably in the past 2 weeks. Yay 100s!!
