I am in the same situation as you. I did Atkins 5 years ago...got down to 130 and did it again a year and 1/2 ago... lost 25 pounds...then found out i was pregnant so went off... so 3 kids later and needing to lose 40-45 pounds... i am on the mission to go 100%, run 4-5 days a week, and sneak in some pilates or strength training around 3 days a week. I am looking for someone to buddy with me on this... needing some support and willing to give support. Good Luck!
