Hi slease - hope you're well and enjoying the holiday season. It's hard to lose this time of year, I have so many dinners to go to, I could stay home but why? At least on WW you can limit things. I'm watching calories. Drink lots of water, that always helps. I drink a lot especially in the evening and with a meal to make myself more full. I bought a Pur filter pitcher last month and followed the directions on it and the water tastes so good because my town's water is worse than a swimming pool. I don't know what the heck they think is growing in it - we always get reports something is floating around in it when the town tests it. Oh well... Glenn
