Sonuvabitch. Up again. Interesting side note, though... it seems one day is down, next day is up. But each time it goes up, it goes up 1 pound less according to the graph.
Interesting.....

Yea, my scale is the devil, I make sure I stay on the program and than just log when my weight goes down. I go up for no reason, but then it drops below my lowest weight in a couple of days. It drives me nuts!

You may want to watch your sodium intake, even on your really low cal days you're almost double the RDA. Causes plenty of water retention.

Just FYI -- you ate a ton of sodium yesterday. You might want to add sodium to the elements you track. You probably retained 5 pounds of water.

I know you want to track your progress daily but I think weekly is better to not see the water weight fluctuations. Also I think we should get a soft measuring tape so you can take measurements and we should take full body pictures in front of a door, sometimes even when the scale doesn't show big changes you are losing inches and the pictures show changes too and that can help keep you motivated and is something else you can record in your journal.

I take Alfalfa tabs daily to help control water weight. Its always good to check with Dr. first, but they really help me.
