I started hCG again last week. It works really well! I'm not supposed to eat anything with added fat during the VLC days, but I tried something and it's been working so far. Instead of eating lean meat, I eat how much I want and what kind I want. I also ditch the fruit. I take a multivitamin, so I don't think I'll get malnourished this way. I don't watch my calories, but I keep them close to the limit of the plan. I lost all the extra weight from Thanksgiving and I'm even at a newest low point! I guess I'll keep trying this out. My next tweak is to do ONE load day after 15-20 lbs lost without stopping the hCG. I think it's important to stop us from stalling on the dreaded 3rd or 4th week.. but I could totally be wrong ;) We'll see! Either way, it won't be the end of me.
