Loosing last 5 kgs is going to be a battle. I can already feel it.
Will have to watch very carefully as to what I eat.
Low Sodium, lots of water, 1 hr of cardio is the need of the hour.
Need intense focus on diet.
Weight training will have to be more intense.
I feel good already as clothes are already loose.had to buy a new belt.
I was at 28% body fat when I started let us see if I have reached 22%. 15 to 18% range would be optimal.
Maintaining weight will be a lifelong challenge.
