Feel like I am working hard but no results. Not giving up. Training for a 6K run at end of October so will maintain the course with a few tweaks: 1) reduce alcohol intake 2 per day no more than 3 days per week and 2) increase protien while reducing fat, need to try to stick to balance of 40 Good Carbs/40 Protien/20 Fat.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
