K off to great start - lets keep it up. Alarm set for 6am to walk on treadmill before work. Also trying to run/walk for half hour after work....eating right - cut out salt, alcohol, chocolates, and watching portions...have until mid March to get back in reasonable condition.
179.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
