well here we go again...Def gained too much over Christmas but I will lose it. I'm determined to reach 120 by April and my goal by june. I CAN DO IT!!!!
146.6 lb Lost so far: 77.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
