This constant sub-freezing temperature stuff is taking its toll on me. Wifey and I still work out religiously six days a week (alternating cardio and weight training). We eat way too sensibly (ha) and take in appropriate health-promoting adult beverages (ahem). But, the freezing temperatures are keeping us from our nightly 3-4 mile walks, and fairly regular Geocaching. It's showing on the scale. While our area needs all the snow and rain we can get, I'm SO looking forward to the warmer temperatures that spring will bring.
