Today starts the serious start of my diet. Skipping two meals was a failure, I couldn't even make it through 24 hours.

So...... I listed what I ate, though I got the meals backwards. I ate the yumyum sauce and the beef meal tonight.

I appear to be way under-calorie.... hope that is good.

Til tomorrow!
233.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
