Been off and on roller coaster ride of a diet....Doing more of a raw living juice thing intermingled with random eating of junk food and meat :) lol.

My weight fluctuates like crazy, but I'm also weight training regularly, so I'm not concerned with the number on the scale.

Feeling strong/health and that is all that matters to me.

Need more protein in my diet...Hard to get a good serving of protein to satisfy my body's needs especially after a heavy day of weight lifting. I'm only eating servings of meat maybe twice a week and less if I can help it. I need to eat more eggs, but I feel full after drinking my juice (veggies/fruits) in the morning.

Need ides on how to get quick protein...I do take some optimum nutrition mixed with water here and there, but I can't seem to make it a routine. GRRR....MORE PROTEIN.

I feel like my workouts are blown opportunities for muscle growth when i'm not anabolic because of lack of protein. sigh....back to the drawing board.

On a side note, I've put the DC training on the back burner as I felt I was sacrificing form to make leaps in weight/strength. I don't feel my muscles and me are mature enough just yet to do it properly. I understand now why it is an advanced technique not recommended for beginners. It was arrogant of me to think I could do it straight away being off of weightlifting for so long.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
