Try eating less carbs unless you do like I did. I started working a 10 hour warehouse job which uses all the carbs. I love my carbs more than meat.

By working this job, I lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks, whereas before, I would lose a pound, then gain two pounds when I ate carbs.
