I was so hungry yesterday. I had a lot of snacks.

I need to be light today because this evening will generally be a lost cause.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

Don't go into this evening with a defeatist attitude! Enjoy the fellowship and not the food. You eat something you shouldn't, you only taste it for a very short time but you regret it for a very long time! You don't retain the flavor of candy any longer than the flavor of celery. Eat to live, don't live to eat. Hugs!!
