So happy to see the scale move today! I know its not a BIG loss looking at the numbers but they MOVED lol made my day.. Also, I've lost 2inches off my "baby pooch" in less than a month so I'd say that's an accomplishment! Even with the weight coming off slowly I can see a difference in my body when I look in the mirror and take pictures. I'm actually starting to be pleased with myself.. Lets see how long this lasts! Hoping to get into the 150s soon. Even just 159.9 I'll take it! lol Keep it up! LOVE SEEING RESULTS that's why I'm doing this!!! Stay Disciplined!!
