Fooled myself into thinking I don't need to weigh myself everyday.Started doing weekly weighins instead.Biggest mistake I ever made. Lost only 3kg(6.6lb) for the month of December as a result. Weighing in daily definitely keeps my weight in check. I can quickly correct whatever mistake I made the previous day.
195.8 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week

I agree, I should loose 200g or more a day. If I don't weigh every morning you don't keep track, and fall into bad habits quickly
