I have made a commitment to myself to walk at least 3 times per week. The girls at work have been very supportive and motivate me.

I started walking at lunch last week. Today I had the sausage and meatsauce w/out the pasta. I'm trying to cut back on carbs.

I wanna go to the beach! I wanna go to Puerto Vallarta in March 2008, and I wanna look good!

I WILL do it! I am 42 years old now. I can't eat like a teenager anymore. I need to eat smaller portions now.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do it!! I just turned 40 in May.. weight loss seems so much slower ~ But it will happen. I want to make a commitment to walk to .. maybe we should start a walking group and check in each week or so to keep us in check:) Good luck!! *Struck*

Me too on the walking thing. I wish I had a walking buddy....no one lives in Dalton GA by chance??

sorry... i hadn't check my journal and didn't realize there were comments left for me. yes! a walking group sounds good! i don't always remember to check-in here on the journal, so if anyone wants to e-mail me to check-in, i promise to reply and help motivate each other to walk and lose weight.
