Well one can see I left out the last four days diary I gained 3 # with Christmas cheer, beef, chocolate, cookies etc, then promptly lost it back with a touch of norovirus, bless its little pointy head. After you stop throwing up (6 hours) you don't eat much for 48 hours. It's bacon this morning.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
