I am down a pound, granted I gained a pound last week, so I'm where I started, but down is good. My goal was to get rid of that pound and I did it, so now I want to be down another pound next week. We'll see if I can do it, I've got to work hard. My ultimate goal is to be able to keep up with eating better and exercising at least 5 days a week. The weekend will be my struggle, so we'll see how that goes, but I'm going to try my best and that's all I can do.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulation on losing the pound. Another thing you can try is setting yourself up for success (that is what I am learning at the moment. So if you (we) are working on eating healthier, then the key is to have a lot of healthy food available, especially at the time and place when hunger hits the hardest. Thanks!! MerryWeather, I am trying to keep up with having healthier foods around. You're right about having them available, I have no excuse to eat junk if I have something healthy around.
