Trying to lose the last bit of fat on my belly. It is very resistant. Very lean everywhere but have a stubborn area on my abs which covers part of my abs so doesn't give me a shredded six pack. Something to aim for though, may just take time. Feeling like I need to dial in a cheat meal for fun. Thinking of some quality Chinese food with white rice which will give a nice carb injection. Not that there is anything wrong with carbs.
147.7 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
