Well I learned my lesson with the pizza, and crap I just hit my highest weight. (when I was not pregnent). I feel completly guilty and it was not worth it. I have to learn the hard way I guess. So back on track and on the treadmil.
262.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 112.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 16.8 lb a week

I understand the pizza thing. It has really messed with my numbers when I eat pizza. Sometimes that the best and worst way to learn, is to eat something bad and see what it does. I've played around one too many times, and thats why I didnt meet my goal. But hey, you live and learn and move on. Just keep going, and stay away from the bad stuff, you'll be so proud of yourself.

Just remember when you are faced with another food crisis...Will you die if you don't have it? You'll get back on track.
