Woohoo! Scale is moving again! I know better than to havbe more than 2 oz of cheese a couple times a week. Why do we keep repeating the same actions ecpecting different results? Isn't that how I got fat to begin with? Time to break the cycle!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
