I lost 2 pounds since yesterday!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice!!!!!!!!! You can do it and I know you can. You got this under control. Run with it, hop with it, crunch and sit up with it. You are going to start 2016 with the spirit of the eye of the tiger. You are Rocky!!!!!!!! You can be an Overcomer in 2016. These are your go to songs. Find them listen to them and hang on the words when you feel you losing the motivation. You can do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
