Hello Buddies! This is my first weigh in in 3 months. I've decided that I really need the support of all of you FS buddies! I got busy and wasn't making time to check in with you all :( I thought I could just go off and wing it on my own, but around Halloween I started eating chocolate again. I was doing so well without it until I tasted it again, and now the addiction has kicked in again. I've been stress eating for the last three months and I NEED TO STOP!!! I have lots of emotional things going on in my life with family members and my job (6 separate emotion-challenging stresses) plus the usual holiday stresses. Please pray that I can overcome the urge to allow food and sugar to comfort me. I need lots of help. I hope you all have been able to stay on track and, if not, then make the NEW Year a NEW beginning! I know I will try!

Welocme back! They say the hardest thing is to admit you have a problem and you have been brave enough to do just that. I support you as I am in the same situation. I have to tell you that you started in the right place go where you can get the support you need. You took the first step to a better you and you can over come the junk food addiction again. Okay Christmas is over and we are 4 days from the beginning of a new year. What is your next action step to keep yourself motivated? What have you done to remove the temptation of stress eating from your life at this point? If you don't have an answer for these questions. Sit down and think about them and be honest with yourself. If you cannot be honest with yourself, who can you be honest with. Motivation Tips: 1. Create a wall chart for the the next 34 days and write section for each activity you like to do. The idea is to hang it so you can see it everyday. I like to label the days 1-34. Color in the activity you did everyday.(Don't like to use colored pencils, try stickers that make you smile, okay it's alright to be silly if it keeps you motivated.) The idea behind the chart is to give you a visual goal for daily progress and at the end of the 34 days to see what you have accomplished. Everyday will be a challenge but you can do this. 2. Find what has worked for you in the past and get back to doing those things. 3. Just get up and get moving everyday! You have 13 lbs. to loose before you reach your goal weight. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good idea to post when feeling the need for support! I try not to post on Facebook much because I don't want to come across as bragging about my weight loss...but when I do post, it's because I've gone through a stretch of a day or two where I've fallen off the wagon and need a little bit of a "pick me up"!

Transformation Butterfly, I really like the idea of using stickers( I'm going to put them on a wall calendar) for each time I do an activity which gets me moving and makes me feel good. As opposed to moving to the kitchen to find something to eat to make me feel good, if you catch my drift. :-)
