I HATE working out when I'm feeling upset and depressed about my body. I always have the worst workouts. :( I do so much better when I'm seeing a difference, it keeps me motivated & happy & energized.. ugh forcing myself to go to the gym cuz if I know I have to... =[
165.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
