after 2 meals being juice fast- and ice cream for dinner, I flushed out all my toxins, or a good bunch of them anyway. down a few lbs, not too bad for first day of TOM too. :)
179.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
