Skipping meals is the WORST thing you can do for yourself... and on top of it, having sweets (even the smallest amount). When you miss meals your body begins to go into starvation mode, which can actually cause you to gain weight rather than lose. Proper eating habits is one of the hardest things to get into, but if you can manage even getting at least your 3 meals a day in order things will get better (you can then add in your required snack times!). Cheat days are fine, but meal skipping or prolonging isn't.
