Busy week. Weekday days were good. Charlie worked 12+ hour shifts most nights. Dinners were generally late or catch as catch can. Weekend in NJ, so meals were on the run. Too many carbs (bread & pasta). Only one good exercise session.
308.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 123.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
